Trenchless Today is one of the Northeast's fastest-growing trenchless sewer and underground utility contractors. We specialize in advanced pipe rehabilitation technologies that eliminate the need for traditional excavation.
We are looking for a highly dependable Crew Lead who can manage people, operate equipment, solve problems in the field, and represent our company professionally.
This is not an entry-level position.
We are seeking a leader who takes ownership, holds high standards, and can be trusted to manage crews, equipment, customer interactions, and jobsite performance.
What You'll Do

Lead a crew performing trenchless sewer rehabilitation and underground utility projects

Plan daily work activities and ensure projects stay on schedule

Operate and oversee specialized equipment and vehicles

Train and develop crew members

Maintain quality control throughout the project

Complete required job documentation accurately and on time

Communicate with customers, dispatch, and project managers

Enforce company safety standards and policies
-
Take responsibility for jobsite performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Minimum RequirementsRequired
-
Minimum 3 years of construction, utility, excavation, plumbing, or underground infrastructure experience
-
Minimum 3 years leading crews or supervising field personnel
-
Valid driver's license
-
Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work

Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital job management systems
Candidates Must Also

Pass a pre-employment drug screening

Pass a motor vehicle record review and be insurable under company vehicle insurance requirements

Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance history
Preferred Qualifications

CDL Class A or B

Trenchless technology experience

Utility construction experience

Excavation experience

Plumbing or drain cleaning experience

Equipment operation experience
