REQUIRED - MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to apply for role. Only those with a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance will be considered.
Required Experience:
Expertise in requirements discovery, resolution, definition, derivation, and baselining
· Background in working with all levels of military and government leads
· Background in data flow management and control, reverse engineering, documentation and comprehensive systems design.
· Strong interpersonal skills, good writing skills, good presentation skills, experience and knowledge with JIRA and its use for requirements Management.
· Excellent communicator and publisher of clear, concise, and complete design documentation using industry standard tools such as but not limited to SysML
· Understanding of iterative/agile/structure development approaches
Desired Skills:
· Self-starter in requirements development and management
· Knowledge of math/crypto/algorithm development would be a plus.
