<p>Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager $120,000 -$130,000.</p>
<ul>
<li>Implement and update the project-specific Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Plan.</li>
<li>Execute the Three-Phase Inspection process (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up) for every definable feature of work.</li>
<li>Review, process, and track project submittals and material compliance.</li>
<li>Issue daily QC reports, maintain testing logs, and log daily "as-built" drawings.</li>
<li>Stop non-conforming work and direct subcontractors to fix or replace defective materials.</li>
<li>Lead pre-construction, weekly QC, and punch-list coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders</li>
