Position Title: Housekeeper/Janitorial
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20/hour, bonus potential
Company Overview:
PCP is a multifamily development company focused on land acquisition, development, and long-term holdings in high-growth lifestyle markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of this luxury, Class A property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the property, common areas, management office, amenity spaces and grounds clean
- Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
- Clean apartments for all vacant make-readies as requested
- Clean models and guest suite
- Clean air conditioning vents
- Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested
- Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust in all common areas.
- Stock and maintain an inventory of all cleaning products.
- Keep the exterior of community clean and free of debris.
- Assist in all other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping/janitorial in a luxury apartment community is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
- May need to assist in after-hours emergencies when necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs on a regular basis.
- Excellent customer service skills.
