Position Overview

This is a full-time Litigation Paralegal role supporting attorneys in managing civil litigation cases. The paralegal will play a key role in ensuring cases are handled efficiently and accurately from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities include legal research, document drafting, case organization, court filings, calendar management, and communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. This role requires strong coordination with attorneys and legal staff to maintain accuracy and meet all deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of cases

• Conduct legal research and assist with case law analysis

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and correspondence

• Organize and maintain case files and litigation materials

• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing systems

• Coordinate court filings and ensure procedural compliance

• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Assist with discovery and trial preparation as needed

• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures

• Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

• Familiarity with court filing procedures and litigation deadlines

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research tools

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation strongly preferred

• Familiarity with state and/or federal court systems

• Exposure to discovery and trial preparation processes

• Experience with case management or e-discovery platforms
