Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Register and assign rooms to guests, process check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and collect payments methods.

Reservations & Communication: Confirm and manage phone and online reservations using our property management system, HotelKey PMS.

Issue Resolution: Promptly and professionally respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms, guest accounts, and shift activities. Communicate all pertinent guest information and operational updates to designated departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, next shift, etc.).

Shift Readiness: Arrive promptly to relieve the previous shift agent, ensuring a seamless transition of service.

Cleanliness & Presentation: Ensure the lobby, front desk, and all guest-facing spaces are clean, professional, and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience in customer service, hotel front desk operations, or a highly related field is required.

IHG Experience (Preferred): Experience working at an IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) property is a significant advantage.

PMS Proficiency: Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) is highly desired; direct experience with HotelKey PMS is a plus.

Adaptability: Ability to be flexible with scheduling to cover various shifts, including occasional need for coverage of other Front Desk Clerks or Night Auditor shifts.

Compensation & Schedule Details

Schedule: Typical schedule is 32 hours per week.

Growth Opportunity: Opportunity to increase hours up to 40-48 hours per week to cover fellow team members' time off or seasonal demands.
