One of our companies is currently looking for a Revenue Operations, Technical Success in New York.

As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will focus on enhancing customer experience, optimizing internal workflows, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role offers the chance to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing customer impact across the Technical Success team.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement processes to support the Technical Success team, ensuring seamless management of customer interactions throughout their lifecycle.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure that operational processes are scalable and well-integrated into customer success workflows.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technical success, maintaining dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage territory allocation for the Technical Success team, working with leadership to align with business objectives and offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with the data team to ensure data integrity and accuracy for effective reporting and decision-making.
  • Lead strategic analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization, and drive cross-functional projects to address them.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth, technology company.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
  • Understanding of the AI landscape, applications, and the problems they solve for customers.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
