Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Flushing, NY 11355
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 26-week contract assignment
Pay Rate: $32 – $35 per hour
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support for healthcare-related initiatives. This role supports design, construction, scheduling, and budgeting activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. The position is a temporary contract assignment covering a full-time employee leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support for healthcare design and construction projects

Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and tracking milestones and deliverables

Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications among project stakeholders

Support business office operations related to project activities

Draft, review, and distribute professional correspondence and reports

Track project tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Perform additional duties as needed to support project objectives
Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, business office operations, or a related role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Working knowledge of healthcare design and construction processes, including scheduling and budgeting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
