Copper River Technologies is looking for a sharp and visionary RPA Project Manager to be at the forefront of our transformative journey. We're setting up a cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence (COE), and we need a dynamic professional to help us build and shape the future of automation. As the RPA Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in effectively tracking progress, resolving issues, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery deliverables. In addition, RPA Project Manager will develop, update, maintain and deliver RPA program artifacts, such as, but not limited to, project plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), presentations, schedules, requirements, forms, processes, and use case management and maturation.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Support, enhance, and implement the RPA technology lifecycle process, enabling the development of a use case from ideation through operations and maintenance.
  • Establish a risk management framework and report any Risks, Issues, and their mitigation in the Monthly Status Report.
  • Work with customers to understand their RPA requirements and guide them towards a Citizen Developer methodology or Contract Developer Ensure that no existing RPA BOT can be leveraged to meet some or all of the need for the requested automation (reuse/repurpose).
  • Identify and document RPA requirements to build RPA capability for each use
  • Schedule and coordinate and oversee all aspects of project activities, monitor, and summarize progress of project with a focus.
  • Develop executive-level documentation to include presentations/briefings, agendas, meeting minutes and reports.

  • Integrate approved project(s) into the platform and program
  • Provide project documentation related to the managing and releasing approved projects, such as required Enterprise Life Cycle documentation artifacts (e.g., Project Management Plan, Security Package(s), Configuration Management Plan, Interface Control Documents, and Systems, etc.) as required for integrating new capabilities.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Clearance:
    • Active Secret
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Experienced in RPA processes and implementation
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Proven ability to solicit and document requirements, technical writing, and creating and using test cases. Experience with Agile methodologies and a knack for proactive communication are a must.
    • Demonstrated success in client support with a keen ability to solve problems and perform structured analysis.
    • Skilled in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide system development.
    • Exceptional stakeholder communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists

Position Pay Range$130,000—$150,000 USD
