Job Description (Brief):
Seeking a Senior Accounting Systems Analyst to join its Future Finance Systems team. This role focuses on finance system design, development, and integration, primarily within the SAP S/4 HANA platform. The ideal candidate will have strong finance and accounting domain knowledge, SAP S/4 HANA experience, and the ability to collaborate across finance, IT, and manufacturing teams to deliver system improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support design, development, and implementation of finance systems (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Partner with accounting, finance, IT, and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and design solutions
- Lead system testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Provide training and ongoing support to end users
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in accounting systems
Top Must-Have Skills:
- Strong finance and accounting systems background
- Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
