Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop parts department staff
- Build strong relationships with service technicians and wholesale customers
- Analyze department reports and implement performance improvements
- Ensure accurate ordering, receiving, and inventory control procedures
- Maintain manufacturer compliance and dealership standards
- Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven success as an Automotive Parts Manager in a dealership environment
- Strong understanding of inventory management and parts operations
- Demonstrated ability to increase profitability and department performance
- Experience managing inventory turns, obsolescence, and purchasing strategies
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
