<li>Perform roofing repairs, including shingles, flashing, leaks, and minor replacements&nbsp; &nbsp;Repair and install vinyl siding, trim, soffit, and fascia&nbsp; &nbsp;Diagnose roof and siding damage&nbsp; &nbsp;Complete small to mid-size repair jobs independently&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain job site safety and cleanliness&nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff&nbsp; &nbsp;Take photos and document completed work</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in roofing and siding repairs preferred&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work on ladders and roofs safely&nbsp; &nbsp;Valid driver’s license&nbsp; &nbsp;Own basic tools (preferred)&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong work ethic and attention to detail&nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>
