Job DescriptionGCA is seeking a full-time Senior Lead Mobility Engineer to provide technical leadership on major wireless initiatives and establish goals and plans that align with program and project objectives. This role serves as a technical expert across multiple assignments, driving the modernization, integration, and implementation of enterprise mobile systems and solutions.

The Senior Lead Mobility Engineer will perform systems engineering throughout the entire system life cycle, support datacenter modernization efforts, and ensure that mobile architectures and solutions align with enterprise standards and client strategic goals. This position also includes supervisory responsibilities and leadership over other technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on major wireless and enterprise mobility initiatives.
• Plan and lead significant technology assignments, evaluate performance outcomes, and recommend changes that impact project success and growth.
• Serve as a technical expert across multiple concurrent projects.
• Perform systems engineering activities throughout the entire lifecycle to support datacenter modernization.
• Develop a deep understanding of the clients organization, goals, business needs, and enterprise mobile architectures.
• Establish and apply system development and integration methodologies and standards such as the Enterprise Life Cycle Methodology (ELCM).
• Design enterprise mobile architectures and develop user requirements to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and investment decisions.
• Employ industry best practices in the design, development, integration, and implementation of mobile systems.
• Apply business process improvement methods to reengineer processes and optimize solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge mobile technologies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Supervise and mentor technical staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 58 years of relevant experience in enterprise mobility, wireless engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Base-level certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+, or Network+).
• Core certification in mobility, such as VMware Certified Specialist Workspace ONE 21.X Advanced Integration (or equivalent).
• Proven experience with enterprise mobile architectures, wireless initiatives, and datacenter modernization.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, engineering methodologies, and enterprise standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and supervise technical personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
