This is NOT a passive front-desk job. You are the face of our brand on the floor and the engine behind our membership growth. Your mission is simple: manage an energetic, upscale room of clients, build genuine rapport, and execute the close.
Compensation: Competitive hourly base + uncapped sales commission per conversion!
