The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will manage a litigation‑heavy caseload from filing through resolution. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom, excels at strategic case development, and values a supportive environment with strong operational and paralegal backing. You will work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel while shaping the direction of each case.
Compensation:
$140,000 - $180,000
Responsibilities:
- Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases
- Conduct client consultations, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands
- Negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings
- Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure compliance with firm processes
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to drive case progress
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia (required)
- 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong deposition, motion‑practice, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases with discipline, organization, and attention to detail
- Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of litigation strategy
- Computer proficiency is essential
