Position Overview
As a Greeter Assistant, you will be the face of our service at the airport terminals. You will directly interact with customers, welcome them, and conduct brief, important surveys to help improve their travel experience.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Sunday (Open availability during these days is required).
Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and approach customers within the airport terminals.

Engage passengers in friendly conversation and conduct short customer service surveys.

Provide basic directional assistance to travelers as needed.

Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm throughout your shift.

Meet daily survey completion targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Front-of-House roles.

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish). You must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages.

Availability: Open availability from Monday to Sunday is an absolute must.

Physical Demands: Must be comfortable and willing to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift in a busy airport environment.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident, outgoing personality.
