Senior Data Analyst
Locations:
- New York, NY 10011 (Hybrid Remote – 3 days per week in the office)
- Atlanta, GA (Remote) with occasional travel to NYC

Responsibilities:
- Building forecasting and yield optimization models across the publisher network
- Predicting attribution outcomes and designing strategies that optimize yield
- Owning projects from end-to-end, from data ingestion, advanced modeling, delivering insights
- Refining yield optimization frameworks to maximize ROI for customers
- Applying advanced methods such as time series forecasting, casual inference, clustering, and optimization algorithms
- Delivering reporting and insights to partners and product teams, guiding decision making and product feature development
- Building dashboards and data visualizations to make outputs accessible
- Partnering with engineering teams to embed forecasting and yield models into the platform
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, and yield management
- Expertise in time series forecasting and optimization
- Strong SQL querying and data wrangling skills
- Experience working with marketing, demand generation, and/or digital media data
- Programming skills in Python and/or R for modeling and statistical analysis
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources
- Exposure to hospitality, travel, or performance marketing attribution is preferred
- Experience with Azure and/or SQL Server is preferred

Compensation:
- $120K - $160K + 10% Bonus + Equity
