Pay: $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours emergency availability

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:

Travel directly from home to assigned job sites each day
Complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair requests
Turn over apartment units, including painting when needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
Document all work performed and communicate updates clearly
Participate in occasional virtual team meetings
Respond to emergency calls as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR APARTMENT FACILITIES TECHNICIAN:

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall
Basic computer skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented approach
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2+ years of experience in residential maintenance or equivalent repair ability (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
