Job Title: Electronic Product Specialist

Location: Plano, TX, 75023

Duration: 12 months Contract

Pay Scale: $30/hr

Job Description:

Looking for a detail-oriented, that has technical background in Home Appliance and Electronic Products. Manage to enhance service guide/contents for products and functions and providing improvements. Working independently, translation of complex functional & technical requirement is required, maintaining upcoming technical knowledge is a must

Roles Responsibilities:

Maintain technical knowledge within Client Home Appliance and Electronic Products
Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

Skills:

Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within Client.
Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills

Education:

Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2-3 years experience preferred
Highschool Diploma or above
