JBA International is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Consultant to help expand our client base and develop new business relationships.
\n
For over 35 years, we have partnered with companies to provide professional staffing and recruiting solutions. We are looking for someone who understands how to open doors, build relationships with hiring managers, and turn those relationships into long-term accounts.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Develop new client relationships and generate new staffing and recruiting opportunities
- Identify and contact hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Prospect through LinkedIn, phone, email, referrals, and your existing network
- Secure staffing agreements/MSAs and new job orders
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Work closely with our recruiting team to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates
- Follow up consistently and manage the sales process from initial contact through account development

What We're Looking For

- Proven ability to generate new business
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with executives, HR professionals, and hiring managers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Existing relationships or a strong professional network are a plus
