Job Description

A well-established South Florida law firm is seeking a litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its community association practice group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and injunctive relief matters, with the ability to independently manage discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and assist in deposition preparation. This position offers meaningful case involvement under the supervision of a seasoned senior partner with an extensive background in complex litigation and insurance defense.
