Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents and visitors with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate with property management to handle resident requests efficiently.
• Ensure a secure and welcoming environment by monitoring access to the property.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
• Provide information and recommendations about local services and amenities as needed.
• Handle mail and package distribution for residents promptly and accurately.
• Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations calmly and effectively.

• Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer service role.
