<li>Must have previous handyman, maintenance, or general construction experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic repairs and proper tool usage.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.</li>
<li>Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Basic handyman skills; small repairs required; or prior work on HVAC, electrical systems okay.</li>
</ul>
 Shifts:
<ul>
<li>Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime based on project needs and occasional emergency calls.</li>
</ul>
