Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay Range and Benefits: Up $135K per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401k.
Position Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (2 days onsite)
LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, large litigation law firm, located in San Francisco in seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join their team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex litigation cases. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Manage and organize Complex Litigation cases.

Assist attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation and trial support.

Proficiently handle Discovery processes.

Conduct legal research, gather, and analyze relevant documents and information.

Prepare and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses as needed.

Manage and update case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Complex Litigation cases.

Proficiency in eDiscovery preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high caseload.

Knowledge of legal research methods and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited program is a plus.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
