We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented person to assist with cleaning out apartments and getting them prepared for the next renter.
Schedule: Two days this week, 8AM–5PM
What You’ll Do:
- Remove furniture and trash from apartments
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas including sidewalks, parking lots, and trash/recycling areas by properly disposing of trash and furniture
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.) as needed
- Support the team during resident move-ins/move-outs
What You Bring to the Table:
- Janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
