Responsibilities:

  • Support services to expedite the acquisition, adoption, integration, and deployment of IT services that enable community-wide utilization of GEOINT
  • Support institution of agile processes to establish interoperability and standardization of service-enabled capabilities to NGA, the IC, and international partners
  • Direct supporting elements, along with their respective offices, which include but may not be limited to: Content Solutions Office - "TIC", Open IT Solutions Office - "TII" and International Solutions Office - "TIP"
  • Provide oversight of program deliverables to ensure a successful delivery
  • Create and maintain information technology project plans that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation
  • Support the development of internal and external briefings inclusive of program execution reviews, and executive meetings
  • Provide a summary of all project milestones and their anticipated completion dates; data on cumulative funding and expenditure rates and status
  • Participate in customer meetings, effectively communicating program status and request clarification on issues when needed
  • Coordinate the compilation of program documentation inclusive of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, management plans, and directives
  • Actively engage with functional support teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage staff work allocations and assignment progress to meet deadlines
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher desired in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management)
  • 15+ years project/program management experience, managing technology programs and projects of similar scope and complexity
  • Experience managing technology projects in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and improve documentation to support operations and technical teams
  • Experience performing internal process audits; monitor/track corrective actions; monitor process implementation; perform process checks on internal procedures; review contract deliverables
  • Active PMP certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to succinctly communicate ideas
  • Active Security clearance
