Job DescriptionFantastic law firm in DC needs a Bankruptcy Associate to join their Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group. The attorney should have 2-5 years of experience handling bankruptcy matters including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings as well as business reorganization. This practice is a blend of both transaction and litigation legal areas. This associate will work with a collaborative group of lawyers across the firms' offices representing creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings as well as business reorganizations. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, oral advocacy skills, writing skills, and must be highly organized.
