This position analyzes and resolves level one software and hardware related problems to support all store systems users.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to one year of related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Windows software
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- High School diploma or GED
- Understanding of Variety’s cash register systems a plus
