Job Description C&amp;S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Bindery Operator Assistant in Jefferson City. Salary/hours for Bindery Operator Assistant: $16-$18/hr. commensurate with experience; Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–3:30 p.m. with overtime as needed Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Stitching and punching documents</li>
<li>Coiling and cutting materials</li>
<li>Gluing pages or covers</li>
<li>Cleaning equipment regularly</li>
<li>Performing basic preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise</li>
<li>Following general guidelines and job specifications</li>
<li>Collaborating with coworkers and supervisors</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail</li>
<li>Must be able to read and understand a job ticket</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve</li>
<li>Must have strong attendance and good work ethic</li>
<li>Willingness to work overtime when necessary</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age to operate equipment</li>
<li>Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking</li>
<li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping and standing activities for the entirety of the shift</li>
