Job DescriptionDescription:
The Administrative Assistant/777 Property Manager provides essential operational support to the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Property Management offices. This role is responsible for administrative duties, financial data processing, tenant communications, and property management support for the 777 Silver Spur commercial building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Answer and screen calls, greet visitors, manage mail, and coordinate office supplies.
- Financial & Operational Support: Process accounts payable/receivable, review utility bills, and track vendor compliance.
- Tenant & Property Management: Handle move-outs, security deposit refunds, and collection processes.
- AppFolio Management: Maintain property records, create and assign work orders, and update tenant information.
- Commercial Property Oversight: Manage leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent payments for 777 Silver Spur and other properties.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of office administration experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet research, and AppFolio
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to make sound decisions while maintaining confidentiality
- Professional and courteous communication with employees and business contacts
- Ability to follow directions, ask questions when needed, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required
