Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in preparing and managing real estate litigation and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
• Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation at all stages.
• Coordinate discovery processes, including reviewing, organizing, and producing documents.
• Prepare trial materials, such as exhibits, witness lists, and case summaries.
• Utilize case management software to track deadlines, filings, and case progress.
• Support attorneys during trial preparation by organizing materials and providing logistical assistance.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to facilitate case progress.
• Draft legal correspondence and assist in reviewing contracts and agreements as needed.
• Proven experience in civil litigation and real estate transactional work.
• Proficiency in discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court systems.
