Location: Colorado
Compensation: Commission-Based (Estimated Annual Earnings: $100,000 – $160,000+ based on performance)
Job Summary
Emich Chevrolet is a family-owned and operated dealership known for integrity, longevity, and strong community relationships. We are seeking an experienced New Car Manager to lead our new vehicle sales department. This position plays a key leadership role in driving sales performance, managing inventory and pricing, coaching the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the new vehicle sales department

Drive sales volume, gross profit, and market share

Oversee new vehicle inventory, ordering, aging, and turn strategy

Develop and maintain competitive pricing strategies

Desk deals and assist with structuring and closing transactions

Train, coach, and motivate sales consultants to meet and exceed goals

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, GM standards, and Colorado regulations

Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Marketing departments

Monitor CSI and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

Review sales reports, forecasts, and market data to adjust strategy
Qualifications

Previous experience as a New Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Knowledge of GM/Chevrolet programs and incentives preferred

Proven ability to manage inventory and analyze sales performance

High ethical standards and customer-first mindset

Valid driver’s license

Commission-based compensation with an estimated annual earning range of $90,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience and performance
