Job DescriptionLegal Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a warm, professional Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming face of an established Naples law firm, greeting clients and supporting attorneys with front-office operations. This role oversees the daily flow of the front desk and ensures conference rooms are scheduled and prepared for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, polished presence
- Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages
- Schedule and manage conference room calendars
- Process and prepare check requests; assist with cutting checks
- Collaborate with the finance department and meet with the Controller as needed
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general administrative support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic office tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience; law firm experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with both administrative and finance teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in a legal setting is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a consistent onsite presence
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
