We are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin, on a contract to hire basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for employees and guests. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing lobby areas, and assisting with event setups and breakdowns.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk with a welcoming and detail-oriented approach.
• Coordinate conference room setups, ensuring all arrangements meet client needs.
• Provide support for event preparation, including setup and breakdown activities.
• Serve as an information hub for building and campus details to address inquiries effectively.
• Respond promptly to service requests and communicate with management to resolve building-related issues.
• Maintain the lobby and front desk areas, ensuring they remain organized and presentable.
• Address and resolve concerns related to services such as janitorial, mailroom, copier usage, parking, and badging.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns to enhance satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operational excellence.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly within Google Suite.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
• Familiarity with managing conference rooms, events, and mailroom services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining professionalism.
