Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in staffing and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive HR decisions.
