ZT Automotive is currently seeking an Warranty Cancellation Clerk to join our Corporate Office Team. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Manager with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post cancellations based on requests from lienholders, customers, and identified discrepancies in statements.
- Ensure that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process.
- Issue refund checks for cancellations to either customers or lienholders.
- Maintain schedules and address reconciling items related to extended warranty and insurance reconciliations.
- Calculate and post finance chargebacks.
- Post monthly and weekly finance and insurance product statements and invoices.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience using CDK is required.
- 3+ Years of dealership accounting experience is required.
- Schedule cleaning experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred.
- Must be able to work extended hours at month-end.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred.
