This is a Full-Time position requiring a dedicated individual eager to contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through effective pest control. The role demands both sales and service expertise, ensuring not only the growth of our client base but also the maintenance of healthy environments for existing customers. This position is based at our facility and requires on-site attendance, as it is Not a Remote Job.

As a Sales & Service Pest Control Operator at Complete Pest Solutions, you will be at the forefront of addressing and mitigating our client’s pest control needs, employing a proactive and customer-centric approach to service delivery. Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify pest problems and determine treatment solutions.
• Engage with potential and existing customers to evaluate their needs and propose customized pest control plans.
• Perform pest control treatments and installations as per the agreed plans with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and continued service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new client accounts and expanding services for existing ones.
• Develop and utilize knowledge of a wide range of pest control methods and products.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, treatments performed, and sales activities.
• Adhere to all company guidelines, safety protocols, and regulations mandated by local, state, and federal authorities.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following each service completion.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies in pest control.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to sell B2B.
• Experience in service roles, preferably in pest control or related fields.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform tasks on roofs comfortably and safely.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of safe handling and application of pest control products.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
• Certification or readiness to obtain certification in pest control from an accredited body as required by state laws.
