We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for residents and guests. This position emphasizes professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and guests with inquiries, providing clear directions and helpful information.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution, ensuring accurate logging and timely delivery.

• Monitor security systems, including access points and CCTV, to maintain a safe environment and report any suspicious activity.

• Document and maintain detailed records of resident interactions, requests, and property updates in the appropriate systems.

• Handle resident requests promptly and courteously, ensuring follow-ups are completed within 24 hours.

• Oversee access control programs, issuing and tracking property access cards and maintaining accurate records.

• Assist with move-in orientations and ensure new residents are informed of property rules and amenities.

• Coordinate visitor registration and ensure all guests are authorized by residents before granting access.

• Support administrative tasks such as preparing confirmation letters, attending meetings, and maintaining vendor information.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and building entrance to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Proven experience in concierge services, front desk operations, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in managing mail distribution and handling resident inquiries.

• Familiarity with security monitoring systems and access control programs.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
