Required Skills:
- Experience supporting large Unified Communication cluster with 40,000 or more end devices with multiple clusters
- Experience supporting Cisco Voice platforms, Call Manager, Unity, VoIP gateway, SIP, ISDN PRI and dialing plans.
- Experience with monitoring, capacity planning, performance reporting, optimization and troubleshooting of enterprise deployment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and solve complex challenges.
- Resourceful and can identify issue to resolution and keep project moving forward.
- Experience in voice/data service carrier to identify and resolve voice related signaling.
Additional information:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar IT degrees and 5 years of relative experience; Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar IT degrees and 3 years of relative experience.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer daily
- Must be US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- CISCO UCS Certifications – preferred
