\n\n\n Pay\n\n\n Starting salary of $45,000 - $50,000 and great benefits available!\n\n\n
\n\n\n Primary responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Recruiter jobs include:\n\n

- \n \n Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals\n
- \n \n Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates.\n
- \n \n Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings.\n
- \n \n Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit.\n
- \n \n Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks.\n
- \n \n Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters.\n
- \n \n Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution.\n
- \n \n Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.\n
- \n \n Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics.\n
- \n \n Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.\n

\n\n\n Requirements:\n\n
- \n
- \n \n 1 – 3 years of proven experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or a similar role.\n
- \n \n Must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls \n
- \n \n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n
- \n \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.\n
- \n \n Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\n
- \n \n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.\n
