Overview
We are seeking a customer‑focused and proactive Store Concierge to support new store onboarding and ongoing store relationships within a retail/grocery environment.
This role will serve as a key point of contact for store members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and providing hands‑on support during the early stages of store operations. The Store Concierge will work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure successful onboarding and alignment with company processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit new store locations to support onboarding and operational readiness
- Act as the primary point of contact for store members during onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing store partners
- Ensure stores are properly set up and aligned with company processes and standards
- Partner with Operations Coordinators to track onboarding progress and resolve issues
- Conduct follow‑ups with stores to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational or system issues as needed
- Provide guidance and support to store teams during early operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in grocery or retail store operations (mandatory)
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Spanish - Bilingual (required)
- Willingness to travel (~30%)
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, field‑based role
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities
