Our DevOps engineers work side by side with the trading desk, ensuring that infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments run seamlessly to support high-stakes decisions. This is not a traditional operations role - it's fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply tied to the energy markets, where uptime, automation, and performance directly impact trading outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
- Python scripting skills
- Docker
- Jenkins
- Basic Unix administration
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High intellectual curiosity and the drive to absorb complex technical concepts in real time
- Problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
Compensation
- $150K-$200K/year (DOE)
