Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst / Systems Support Specialist in St. Louis, MO. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience delivering advanced technical support for desktop, server, and network-related issues. This role acts as a bridge between frontline support and infrastructure teams. Title: IT Support Analyst / Systems Support Specialist Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Location: St. Louis, MO Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annual (FLEXIBLE UPON EXPERIENCE) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Holidays etc. Key Responsibilities

  • Support desktops, servers, and user accounts using Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Outlook environments
  • Manage escalated support tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with system maintenance and upgrades

Required Skills & Tools

  • Active Directory administration
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Microsoft 365 and Exchange
  • Ticketing and escalation management systems

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
