Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in property management.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships Oversee contract management and ensure compliance Provide administrative support to the property management team Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure property standards are upheld
