What You’ll Do:

Program and operate NTC 5-axis laser cutting machines

Evaluate need for Laser operators

Optimize cutting parameters to reduce waste and improve cycle times

Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime

Drive continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:

3+ years of 5-axis laser programming and operation experience

Strong Laser programming knowledge

Leadership experience in manufacturing

Ability to read blueprints and CAD files
