Lead Stock Clerk

ATI has a current need for a full-time Lead Stock Clerk. ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Lead Stock Clerk for our contract located at the Federal Law Enforcement Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. The training center provides instructional training for law enforcement and other support services. The program supports training for approximately 1,500 students. This position is critical to supporting law enforcement training operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and mission-ready distribution and recovery of weapons, radios, tactical gear, and related equipment for instructors and students engaged in practical and scenario-based training exercises.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure shift accountability, validate ticket builds, respond to instructor concerns, and provide real-time problem resolution.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Monthly Equipment Issue Board, a critical tool used to coordinate upcoming classes, staging times, and loading schedules for carts. This board must be maintained in a highly visible and accessible location for all staff and updated daily to reflect changes in scheduling system or instructor communications.
Provide customer service support to instructors, and other FLETC personnel visiting the indoor and outdoor range facilities participating in practical exercise training.
Issue weapons, radios, tactical gear, and related equipment for instructors and students to support training requirements.
Actively review email communications/scheduling system and build class kits based on the approved training schedule
Process used class kits for reuse or return to storage
Ensure that all issued equipment is in good working condition prior to issuing and upon return.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional supervisory experience in a related field.
Candidates must be US Citizens with clearance eligibility, the ability to pass a background check/drug screen, and a clean driving record;
Effective communication, listening, and customer service skills;
Excellent organization skills;
Computer Skills understanding of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
spread sheets; and
Work experience handling firearms is a big plus
Physical Demands
Must have the ability to perform tasks consisting of, but not limited to, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating required equipment, and office work which includes frequent administrative record keeping and documentation.

Working Hours:
Required shift hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday (anticipate 40 hours per week) and are responsible for activities during all operational hours.
Pay Rate: $30.00- $34.93/hour depending on experience, and benefits selected
