Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to provide application and production support for a critical system. This role involves assisting service providers with system issues and requires excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for browser-based applications and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Analyze and interpret automated system problems effectively.
  • Liaise with various teams to coordinate system change requests.
  • Assist in setting up staging or test environments and testing fixes.
  • Document trends and recommend product/process improvement strategies.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk environment (application/production support).
  • 5+ years of experience in researching and resolving system issues.
  • Proficient in SQL query writing and execution (desired).
  • Familiarity with social services and subsidized child care providers (desired).
  • Strong phone-based customer service experience with quick problem-solving abilities.
