Summary: Calvary Church is seeking a skilled and dependable part-time Maintenance & Landscape Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our church grounds and facilities through professional landscaping and minor facility repairs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Landscaping: Perform professional lawn care, including mowing, edging, shrub trimming, flower bed maintenance, and leaf removal.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including power mowers, blowers, trimmers, and tractors. Perform routine cleaning, adjustments, and minor mechanical repairs.
- Facility Support: Complete minor building repairs, including painting and light bulb replacement.
Safety & Teamwork Requirements
- Must strictly follow and enforce all safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of related landscaping and maintenance experience preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Aptitude: Strong ability to learn new tasks and take initiative.
