Compensation & Growth

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Build Momentum: Proactively develop genuine relationships with clients, partners, and the local community to drive business growth.
• Provide Red Carpet Service: Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the process with excellent communication and educated decision-making.
• Engage the Community: Actively participate in local events and relationship-building activities to represent the CPG brand.
• Foster Long-Term Success: Maintain consistent follow-up with past clients and contacts to build a sustainable, referral-based career.
• Commit to Growth: Collaborate daily with mentors and the support team to hit your goal of at least one met appointment per week.
• Uphold Excellence: Represent the team with a service-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our core values of Resilience and Integrity.
