Part time self storage trainee will be responsible for property readiness, sales, collections, helping other sites if required, and duties as assigned by the company.
Applicant is able to climb a ladder, lift 40lbs., work in various climates on their feet as needed.
A reliable vehicle, drug screening, background check, and reference check of verifiable, previous employment is required.
Weekend availability is required. Strong communication skills, typical office equipment and software knowledge is required.
